  • Hosting/display partly by processors on our behalf.
  • All access/form data processed on their servers unless otherwise stated.
  • Providers may operate in Canada (adequacy decision).

4. Contract Processing

  • Collect personal data during ordering to fulfill contracts (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Mandatory fields are necessary; otherwise order cannot be sent.
  • Data restricted after completion; deleted per tax/commerce retention unless consent or legal basis exists.

5. Customer Account

  • With consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) we open and store account data for future orders.
  • Account can be deleted at any time; data then deleted unless consent or legal basis exists.

6. Contacting

  • We process inquiry data to handle requests (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Mandatory fields required to process your contact.

7. Shipping

  • We transfer necessary data to shipping providers to deliver goods (Art. 6(1)(b)).

8. Payment Processing

  • Partners: technical service providers, banks, payment service providers.
  • We share necessary data depending on payment method to process transactions (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Payment providers may collect data themselves; see their privacy policies.

9. Fraud Prevention & Optimization

  • Processors may receive additional data to prevent fraud and optimize payment.
  • Safeguards our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • We use cookies for functionality and to make visits attractive.
  • Session cookies are deleted after closing; persistent cookies remain.
  • Essential technologies do not require consent.
  • Non‑essential storage/access requires consent; parts of the site may be limited otherwise.

  • Processing usually occurs on Google LLC servers in the USA (SCCs).
  • Google Analytics: pseudonymous profiles; EU IP storage then deletion; order processing agreement.
  • Google Ads Remarketing: interest‑based ads via cookie ID and visited pages; further processing if personalized ads enabled in account.
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking: measures usage behavior after ad click.
  • Google Maps: processes IP and location.
  • YouTube plugin: data sent only when a video is played.

12. Microsoft Services

  • Joint controller arrangement; transfers to USA under SCCs.
  • Microsoft Advertising UET: pseudonymous profiles, cross‑device tracking when enabled in account; we receive statistics only.

13. Facebook Services

  • Facebook business tools generate visitor statistics via pixel; processing under processor agreement.
  • Used to optimize presentation and marketing.

14. Hotjar

  • Pseudonymous profiles for web analysis; cookies may be used.
  • Profiles are not merged with personal data without consent; Hotjar acts on our behalf.

15. Social Plugins

  • Buttons integrated as HTML links; no automatic provider connection.
  • Clicking opens the provider site in a new window.

16. Social Media Presence

  • With consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), operators collect/stores data for market research and ads.
  • Applies to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Xing.
  • Transfers to USA under SCCs; details in providers’ privacy notices.
