Thank you for choosing Munich Catering. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, high-quality equipment, and professional support to make your events successful and stress-free

1. Applicability of these Terms & Conditions

  • These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all – including future – contracts, deliveries, and services provided by Eventify GmbH.
  • These GTC apply exclusively; conflicting customer terms are rejected.
  • Contract partners must be business customers/entrepreneurs.

2. Conclusion of Contract

  • Offers are non-binding unless marked otherwise.
  • Customer orders constitute a binding offer.
  • Acceptance occurs through written confirmation or fulfillment.

3. Weight Information

  • Weights are approximate due to fresh ingredients.

4. Packaging

  • Customer chooses packaging; fees apply.
  • One-way packaging must be disposed of by Customer.
  • Reusable packaging is rented and remains Eventify GmbH property.

5. Service Personnel and Mediation

  • Eventify may provide staff, equipment, or third‑party services.

6. Equipment Rental

  • Equipment remains Eventify property.
  • Customer liable for damages/loss.
  • Proper storage, setup, and fuel replacement required.

7. Customer Materials

  • Customer must provide materials on time and pick them up or pay disposal fees.

8. Payment & Prices

  • Prices are net unless stated.
  • Payment due immediately.
  • Extra/unforeseen services must be paid separately.
  • Customer pays even if event is canceled for reasons not caused by Eventify.

9. Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Customer must provide correct information and permits.
  • Risk transfers when goods are handed to delivery personnel.
  • Delivery counts as complete if left at curbside when Customer unavailable.

10. Delivery Dates & Force Majeure

  • Dates are approximate unless fixed.
  • Delays extend deadlines.
  • Eventify owes one delivery attempt.
  • Force majeure suspends obligations.

11. Retention of Title

  • Goods remain Eventify’s property until full payment.

12. Copyright

  • Event concepts and documents are protected; usage rights granted only after payment.

13. Cancellation

  • Eventify may cancel for safety, missing payments, missing documents, or illegal/political risks.
  • Customer cancellation fees:
  • 25% up to 14 working days before
  • 50% up to 7 working days before
  • 75% up to 3 working days before
  • 100% after that

14. Warranty

  • Eventify may repair or replace; warranty period is 1 year.

15. Liability

  • Liability limited for slight negligence except in cases of personal injury or product liability.

16. Customer Indemnification

  • Customer must indemnify Eventify for third‑party claims caused by Customer.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Offsetting only with undisputed/legal claims.
  • German law applies.
  • Invalid clauses replaced with legally suitable alternatives.
